Izzy's Party Decorations

The party favors on the back of the table were boot mugs with

bandanas and packets of drink mix

Her party theme this year was cowgirl. We thought that was appropriate because of the fair also being the same week. Everything turned out very cute and we received a lot of compliments on it.

Izzy Turns 2!!!

Friday was Izzy's second birthday! We took her out to eat and then had a small cake at our house with Nana Bumpa and Uncle Matt. She got to open her presents from us and from them so she had a lot to open! She got puzzles, coloring books, stickers, a vacuum, a microwave, a remote control choo choo, a realistic barking stuffed animal dog, some other small things and the big gift from Bumpa, Nana and Uncle Matt which was a barbie Jeep. Look out everyone!

This was the only pyramid that we had time for. We spent most of our time at the Palm Beach.

She loved the fish, seals and sharks. After we left and put her in the car she passed out! She was so exhausted! It was a short trip but I know she had a great time and so did daddy and I.

We look forward to taking her back for the other attractions.

Friday night we took our first mini family vacation with Izzy. We stayed Friday night at the Moody Gardens Hotel and Saturday we spent all day at the different attractions. She did very well for her first night in a hotel room. The palm beach was spectacular and it makes you never want to waste your time at the real beach again. Freshwater pools, waterfalls, a splash pad, concession stands, a water slide, free chairs and umbrellas, and pure white sand!!! Tomorrow I will post the Aquarium pyramid pictures!

Last Sunday my mom and I were both hostesses for Suzannes shower. It turned out really cute and there was a good turnout. We had some amazing food and A LOT OF IT! We cant wait to welcome baby Flo! (we dont know a name yet)
